FS2002/FS2004 Unreal Aviation "Birdie" from Airboy Comic Books.
This is a fictional aircraft based loosely on the plans from Eclipse Comics #39. Since those plans were minimal, many things were added or modified. Birdie is a jet ornithopter. It has flapping wings and jet power. This provides a wide range of performance parameters. There are two models available in this set. One is armed with external guns and rocket pods like the comic book original, the other has wing guns only. Airboy was the pilot. He was one of the early Comic Book aviation heroes of WW2. Be sure and check the readme for details and for installation instructions.

FS2002/FS2004 Unreal Aviation TiltWing Super STOL research aircraft.
A fictitious design based upon a workable concept. Back in the 1950's and -60's, various designers attempted the tilt-wing as a faster alternative to the helicopter that would also be capable of carrying a greater payload. Almost all of these tilted the entire wing with its engines, two or four, 90 degrees to the vertical so that they would be capable of hovering and true vertical flight and as a result were horribly complicated. The Kaman Company, in conjunction with Grumman reasoned that if you were prepared to do away with actual vertical takeoff, a lot of this complication could be removed by simply limiting the tilt angle to 50 degrees and in the early 1960's they designed and built the Kaman K-16 using a Grumman Goose fuselage and custom wings to prove the concept. Sadly, the design never flew but showed promise in the wind tunnel. This aircraft is based upon the Kaman concept and fits nicely within the limitations of Flight Simulator in that it can't take off or land truly vertically but it can hover by 'hanging on its props'. MANUAL installation only.

This is the U.S.Navy's subsonic all-weather medium attack aircraft, capable of carrying up to 15,000 lbs. of every type of air-to-ground ordnance imaginable. Entering service as the A-6A during the Vietnam War, the A-6's all-weather capability, long range, and tremendous payload represented a quantum leap in carrier-based power projection. Current A-6Es mount the Target Recognition and Attack Multisensor "TRAM", a turret-mounted sensor package that includes a Forward Looking Infra-Red "FLIR" targeting device and laser designating equipment for precision-guided munitions.

FS2002/FS2004/CFS2 Grumman FF-1, FF-2, SF-1, Mega-Pack for Golden Wings.
This package contains CFS-2 Grumman FF-1, which works perfectly in FS9, and 20 repaints depicting it as the FF-1, FF-2 and SF-1. The paints depict all the section leaders of the U.S. Navy's VF-5B and VS-3B, the only fleet squadrons to operate the FF-1 and SF-1, and a selection of Naval Air Reserve aircraft. Since part of the tail is untextured, repainting all the liveries except those of VF-5 required re-coloring the model files, so eight versions of the model file are included. Two are colored for use with Emilio Moskowich's Spanish Civil War and Jim Jacobson's RCAF repaints, which are not included in this set. There is a modified panel with a bitmap that better depicts the FF's enclosed cockpit and has somewhat larger instruments. Sounds are aliased to the FS9 Lockheed Vega, and alternate sound.cfg files are provided for FS2002 Cessna 182 and CFS-2 Vought F4U Corsair. The original flight dynamics files are included to make this a complete package.

This is a Czech built ultralight. It is for VFR flying only. The Rotax 912 engine is by Byron Warwick and it is a marvel. His FSC file was used to convert from a tractor to a pusher engine. This model of the Flyboy has no flaps since that is the way the standard plane is built. This requires that you learn to land with throttle contol only.

Glider Go-242 for the invasion will obtain the authorization of a German Air Ministry because it had the load capacity three times transportation glider DFS-230 that German army was using till then and start the mass production type development. And, the airframe to which this machine also had had power was developed as well as other gliders for the invasion. Because obtaining a large amount of Gnome Rhone 14M engines after France surrenders just became possible, this was installed and Go-244 that had a fixed undercarriage was developed. All these gliders with power were redecorating from powerless type Go-242B.
