1918 Gotha G.IV large twin-engined WW1 bomber biplane built by Luft Verkehrs Gesellschaft, L.V.G., under license from Gothaer Waggonfabrik A.G. Equipped with Austrian 230 hp Hieronymus engines, it was delivered to the Austrian Air Service at Aviano in 1918. 100 units built. Virtual model improved over the previous Gotha G.IV of 2002, now supporting patterned textures. Photo-realistic custom panel bitmap included. GOTHVSND.zip sounds recommended. AFX and PCX source files included.

FS2002/FS2004 Scaled Composites "ARES".
This is the Scaled Composites Model 151 "ARES", Agile Responsive Effective Support, designed as a "Mud fighter" ground support aircraft in response to the US Army's request for a Low Cost Battlefield Attack Aircraft, LCBAA. It is powered by a single Pratt & Whitney JT15D-1 turbojet engine. The original design was a pusher turboprop and evolved into the current design when Scaled Composites decided to build N151SC as a demonstrator. The ARES first flew on February 19, 1990 and is still available for use as a research testbed. Two kinds of models, Proto Type and Virtual U.S.ARMY Paint with Weapon, are included.

FS2002/FS2004 Blohm & Voss BV-138 flying boats.
The unusual configuration of the three engined flying boat BV 138 showed a short hull, high mounted wings and two tail unit beams, giving the plane the nick-name "Flying clog". Some BV 138 A's were used as transporters for the norwegian campaign in 1940, but late in June 1941 the BV 138 B's saw their service in the role they were constructed for, as sea-reconnaissance planes. From then on they patroled the North-sea and the Arctic-sea and shadowed the well known North-Cape convoys. The version BV 138 MS was equipped with a mine-sweeping gear and the BV 138 C-1 which was equipped with Radar saw service in anti U-boat attacks. Two kind of models, Type A and Type C with Radar, are included.
