Many people are contacting us because the downloads are not working.

So, that's not right.
All downloads are working. You only have to wait 10-120 seconds until download starts depending on actual server load and time. There are too many people trying to download files at the same time.

Do NOT use a downloadmanager like GetRight. Please use ONLY the Internet Explorer downloadmanager.
