Chuuk International Airport on the Island of Weno is the gateway to the Chuuk Lagoon commonly called Truk. Truk is one of the world’s premiere scuba diving locations due to numerous WWII shipwrecks in the lagoon. This new scenery for FS9 from DBWsim covers the airport and surrounding areas of the island. This scenery considerably upgrades the airport areas as well as local coastlines and land-class. This scenery is designed specifically for FS2004. We apologise to FS2002 users, for whom this scenery is no longer supported.

FS2004 Beechcraft King Air C90B XP.
The C90B XP is an STC modification performed by Blackhawk Modifications. It consists of swapping out the stock P&W PT6A-21A 550 shp, 1310 lb-ft. engines for a pair of PT6A-135A 750 shp engines. The power is derated back to 550, but the torque remains at a level of 1520 lb-ft. This boosts the cruising speed to 280 knots, and the climb rate to 2000 fpm. Physically, there is no change in the external appearance of the aircraft. There are three texture sets included here representing common paint schemes applied to the C90B. Screen pictures attached to assist you in making your choice.

Three models made with FSDS2. These aircraft represent two period aircraft from the WW2 era, and one modern restoration. They feature highly detailed virtual cockpits with full military equipment, a working oxygen system with hypoxia effect, working automatic boost control, working two-speed supercharger for the Rolls-Royce Merlin XX engine, engine failure modeling, Mk.II reflector gun sight with animated sun screen, drop tanks with authentic fuel management and fully modeled parasite drag effects, animated tailhook with realistic functioning, and fully functional and clickable VC cockpit controls via custom XML gauges. The exterior visual models have dynamic shine, reflective textures, animated canopy, reflective glass, animated radiator flap with drag and pitch effects, animated gear retraction and extension, animated flight control surfaces, fully animated oleo-pneumatic suspension, castoring tail wheel, animated boarding step, handholds and pilot’s oxygen mask, and contrail effects. They have accurate flight dynamics that vary between aircraft and include realistic stalls and spins. This package also includes as scenery a landable aircraft carrier with funnel smoke, wake effects, animated gun turrets and pilot controlled lights via the Nav 1 frequency.

Original by Jon Murchison. The popular Metro in the colours of Sun Aire circa 1980's. Fully animated surfaces. Animated main and nose gear with animated rolling wheels and independent suspension on each gear. New texture set which has reflections as appropriate, What is being referred to as ‘Dynamic Shine’ This is basically a highly light reflective finish to the models fuselage and wing leading edge which gives the effect of the sun moving across surfaces as the aircraft fly’s. Visible flight deck with detailed crew. Also panel visible with full night effects. Textures by Tony Madge.
