FS95/FS98 Scenery - RAF St.Mawgan/Newquay. Includes static and dynamic scenery. RAF St.Mawgan became operational in December 1941 as RAF Trebelzue to the West the present base some of the old buildings including the watchtower can still be seen. The base was renamed RAF St.Mawgan 24th of February 1943 following the completion of the new runway and facillities and, along with nearby St.Eval has been very much a part of the local community ever since. |
