Model of this twin aircraft in the series of Pipers, now revised for FS X-SP2. Custom made xml-gauges, LOD's, camerapositions etc. VC with semi-transparent left yoke. Doors that open. Different 2D panels for VFR and IFR, and for 16x9 and 4x3 monitors.

FS2004 S60, Kenmore Air Harbour, Lake Washington, for Ultimate Terrain.
Kenmore's home base is at the northern end of Lake Washington, northeast of Seattle. The base is squashed up between a marina and a cement plant, and if you want to know more about it then read the very entertaining book called "Success On The Step" by C. Martin Faure, with a foreword by Harrison Ford. You may already know that he is one of their more famous clients. One of the lesser known pilots of a Kenmore rebuilt Beaver is writing this.

FS2004/FSX Yak-9U Fighter.
The Yak-9U was the second generation of Yak-9s. It introduced a redesigned airframe , a new wing of increased span and area, and the more powerful VK-107 engine with 1,230 kW, 1,650 hp. The top speed of 700 km/h, 435 mph, at 5,600 m, 18,370 ft, was faster than any production fighter aircraft in the world at that time. The Yak-9UV and Yak-9P were postwar versions. They took part in the Korean War.Production of the Yak-9 ended in 1946 after a record 16,769 aircraft had been delivered.
