Aircraft by Steven Grant, Panel by Fred Choate. Wheel and float models. Features full moving parts, transparent virtual cockpit for sightseeing, the whole toot. Runs very good frame rates. This aircraft is a sweetheart to fly, and, hey, it's an Otter! Who doesn't love an Otter? Just go ahead and download it, trust me, you'll like it. What, you got something better to do? Steve and Fred are brilliant, and the repaint didn't come out too bad! During the Cold War stories of strange Russian craft that skimmed the waves at incredibly high speed began to circulate. Ekranoplans had long been kept secret by the Communist design bureau. WIGE Wing in Ground Effect craft are relatively unheard of, in FS2K2. Here is one of the first to emerge.
